Vision

Sydney Met is driven to provide excellent educational opportunities that are responsive to the changing needs of our culturally diverse students, enabling them to realise their full potential and nurturing them into future leaders to tackle challenges and generate transformative impacts as active participants in shaping a better world.

Mission

To create a transformative educational experience for students through a culturally engaged and socially responsible teaching and learning activities in real-world settings. Sydney Met will work together with students, graduates, educators and stakeholders to translate the agenda of ‘Education for Change’ and advance actions for progressive social change within diverse communities in Australia, the Asia Pacific and the world.

Goals

Sydney Met has three interconnected strategic goals: Academic Quality, Equitable practice and Social Impact, summed up in its motto, Education for Change (in Latin, ‘Educationem Mutationi’).
