The Sydney Met’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is responsible for establishing and overseeing matters relating to Sydney Met’s strategic positioning and strategy implementation. The SLT develops and implements the strategic plan, prepares the annual budget, monitors performance against plans and budgets, and oversees the Institute’s strategic projects. The team also provides advice on matters that impact the long-term direction of the Institute. It can establish committees to provide more focused discussion around specific projects, processes and operational issues. The team usually meets each Wednesday morning and relevant outcomes from the meetings are shared by SLT members with their teams and by the CEO through the Note to Staff and other means of communication.
Sydney Met campus is located on the unceded territory of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation who are the traditional owners of the lands where the campus is situated.
